CLAUSE 3: DIGITAL SIGNATURE & CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE

In accordance with company policy, this rental contract becomes fully binding 24 hours after receiving your booking confirmation email, or automatically upon taking possession of the vehicle, its keys, or starting the trip. It is strictly mandatory for all drivers to review these rules before arrival.
c) Required Actions for Partner Platforms: If you booked through a partner platform, you are required to reply to your booking confirmation email with a simple "I agree" or "Confirmed" and attach clear photos of your driver's license (both sides) for all intended drivers to finalize your digital customer file.
