Toll, Parking & Service Deposit: 5,000 NOK

Transparency is our priority. We understand the importance of planning your budget, which is why we provide clear information regarding expenses both during and after your journey.

The deposit is not a fixed fee. It is a temporary reserve from which only actual costs are deducted. The remaining balance is refunded to your account.

Important Timing: Due to delays in the national road billing system, the deposit is held for up to 4 weeks after the rental ends. Upon request, we will provide a detailed breakdown of all deductions.

1. Mandatory Service & Admin Fees (800 NOK)

This total is deducted from every deposit to cover essential operating costs:

- 200 NOK – Payment provider transaction fee (4%).

- 350 NOK – Professional cleaning, laundry, and vehicle preparation for the next guest.

- 250 NOK – Administrative fee for processing toll road and ferry invoices.

2. Actual Travel Expenses

The following are deducted based on the actual usage recorded during your rental:

- Toll Roads (Bompenger) and Ferry Crossings.

3. Potential Charges (Incidental/Non-Compliance)

These are only applied if the rental terms are not met or if fines occur:

- Fuel / Charging: If the vehicle is returned without a full tank or charge, the cost of fuel/electricity + a 300 NOK service fee applies.

- Excess Mileage: 4 NOK for every kilometer driven over the limit specified in your booking.

- Late Return: Returning the vehicle late without prior agreement results in a charge of 0.5 days rental rate.

- Excessive Cleaning: Stains or extreme dirt requiring deep cleaning incur a fee of up to 1,000 NOK.

- Fines & Parking: Unpaid parking tickets or traffic violations are charged in full + a 300 NOK administrative fee for processing each fine.

- Loss / Damage: Replacement costs for any lost or damaged equipment (cables, gear, etc.).
